Opening Times

We are open from 3rd April through to 29th September every Wednesday and Friday and the first and third Saturday and Sunday of every month from 1pm - 5pm.

Garden Entry fee: £4.00 or 50p for children aged 5-16. The garden is free to RHS members on Wednesdays.

Group Visits

We welcome group visits at other times. Minimum group size of 15 people required. Please contact us for information and booking on 01904 728506.

Exciting Features at Stillingfleet Lodge

Our wonderful rill garden is now established, where you can admire and enjoy a modern peaceful water garden which is very different from the rest of our gardens.

The new refreshment area in our barn will be a place to sit with your coffee, admire the pictures for sale and shelter if it is raining!

How to Find Us

Stillingfleet Village lies 6 miles south of York on the B1222. In the village turn opposite the church, following the signpost to "Lodge Nurseries". Please drive carefully.

Bus from York

Arriva no 42, York to Selby bus - runs hourly.

Bus route takes approximately 20 minutes and stops at Stillingfleet church (5 minutes walk to Nursery).

Exciting News for 2010 - Come to the garden as often as you like for only £10!

We are now offering our regular visitors the chance to purchase one of our loyalty cards for just £10 for as many visits as you would like throughout the year (during normal opening times).

The National Gardens Scheme (NGS)

The NGS is a registered charity which opens gardens of quality, character and interest to the public. Since 1927 they have raised almost £40 million to support nursing and caring charities, £25 million in the last 10 years.

Stillingfleet Lodge will be open to the public as part of The National Gardens Scheme on May 16th 2010, June 13th 2010 and September 5th 2010 between 1pm and 5pm.
